Reported from local media, on1^st, a explosion accident happened in Pul-e-Khumri, thecapital of Baghlan province, Afghanistan. The accident made 3children died, and at least 12 people hurt. According to the introduction oflocal police, the explosion happened in Pul-e-Khumri suburbs at 11am on thatday morning, and made lots of people died or hurt. 4 people hurt heavily, lotsof injured are children at the age of 7 to 12. After explosion, security armyof Afghanistan arrived on the site at once, and sent the injured to hospital.
