A petrochemical plant in Texas exlpoded and got fire at dusk on 14th, there was heavy smoke on the scene. Witness said, black smoke raised in the blue sky. Firemen arrived on the scene immediately, and after putting out the fire for 2 hours, the fire was controlled finally, but it was still not sure that whether people inside or not. Fireman Mike said, the explosion started at 16:30pm, there was no casualty report.
