United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon made a statement through his spokesman, to condemned the car bomb attack at east of Iraq on 17^th. 90 people died and 112 people hurt in this attack. In the statement, Ban Ki-moon expressed his condolences to families of the victims, and resated supporting Iraq government and people. He hoped the offender in this attack must be dealed with according to law quickly. A car with explosive exploded in one market of Diyala Province, many people were purchasing for Lesser Bairam at that time. The strong explosion made lots of people died, meanwhile many shops and cars were destoryed.
