Principle of X-ray machine from GRAM GOLD.

Our Xray security check system completes the check by sending the luggage to the crawler tunnel with the conveyor. Block the light barrier after the luggage have been sent to the tunnel, and then the detection signal is sent to control module to trigger Xray source for generating Xray. After that, a very narrow fan Xray beam through the collimator penetrates the articles on the conveyer belt and lands on the detector; then, the detector change the Xray to the electric signal. The weak current signal is quantized directly and sent to the industrial control computer through USB port for further processing. After complicated operation and imaging, a quality image is therefore formed. The operating principle is shown as below:
